Once you have selected your cabin, we disassemble it piece by piece, including logs, joists, rafters and beams. In this process, we inspect each log to ensure its soundness and tag all structural materials to identify their original placement. We replace logs that do not meet our stringent specifications with antique logs of a similar size and type. We also separate, de-nail and band together all the salvageable doors, flooring, staircases and other building materials.
